Our History…

Blocks, Trucks + Art (BTA), was founded in 2015 in Bridgehampton, NY. A summer program that inspired children through physicality, academic learning and collaborative work/play, inside and around our 18-wheeler aka Big Mama. This Fall 2021, we will launch the program under a new name, Bikes, Boards + Books, in our first brick + mortar space in Brooklyn Bridge Park.

In this gallery, you will see kids riding the dirt bike tracks we designed and built, building with blocks, receiving academic support/enrichment, and DJing in our 18-wheeler mobile workshop. In addition, we’ve added some recent street biking and skating sessions now that we are back in our hometown of Brooklyn, NY!
